In 2021, Information Technology Digital Bangladesh opened the district information window and opened the digital guard files in the government departments. Besides, information and service centers have been started in 82 union parishads of nine upazilas of the district. In this, the government services and the public services were able to take the help of grassroots people's technology. The information centers are being made more dynamic and taking steps to increase the working hours.

Regarding the formation of ICTCM in the district: ICT committee has been formed in every upazila. ICT Communications is playing a role in implementing the Digital Bangladesh Regulation Info-2021 with the introduction of Union Information Services Center in Media Union. Regularly taking measures to implement various action plans by meeting the ICTC meeting.

Bangladesh is illiterate in 2014: Under the illiteracy of Bangladesh by 2014, and for the purpose of ensuring 100% Enrollment by 2010, survey activities have been completed at the beginning of the year. By 2010, the primary level enrollment rate was increased by 100%. The measures are being taken to explain the importance of education to the guardians for 5-6 years of age for all children, so that in 2011 there is no admission to any school school in school. Apart from the help of local people, middlemen have been providing basic education to the primary students and arrangements have been made to prevent dropout. Upgradation rate of 92.92% of primary level enrollment upto November 2010. Upgradation rate is going on in 100%. There has been significant progress in the last 20 months.

In 2013, provision of non-teaching education to the secondary level: In the primary stage of non-teaching education, the students of primary level were given scholarship. Apart from this, textbooks are being provided free of cost to secondary level students. Regarding law and order: Regarding regular arrangements of law and order, militancy and terrorism is being tightened in the regular meeting of the District Law and order and the activities are continuing without any delay in law and order. Apart from this, the patrolling of police uniforms has been increased in the front of the educational institution. E-price-1 (Anas) has provided adequate fertilizer supply to 12,950 farmers for the crop year. Boro production has been produced in the district in the year 2009-10 (Chaul), 2,41,683 MT tons. By increasing the use of balanced fertilizers, increasing the cultivation of Ufasi crops and plant conservation, to achieve self-sufficiency in food by the year.
