Future plans:

1. Jubo Bhawan Construction Project

 The purpose of this project is to build the Jubo Bhaban, the head office of Youth Development Department. Officials and employees working at Jubhavabhaban are now working in a unhealthy environment due to lack of necessary space. For the purpose of creating a decent working environment for the officers and employees and for increasing mobility in youth activities multistoried Jubo Bhaban will be constructed.

2. Infrastructure development projects of 6 youth training centers in six districts:

Resident youth training instituted in 6 districts to create necessary infrastructural facilities for implementing institutional residential and non-residential training programs in all districts of the country.

The objective of this project is to improve the construction of centers and to increase training facilities.

3. Promoting research and information on youth activities

The purpose of this project is to publish the success of Youth Activities through research and to provide information on youth related information with unemployed youth.

4. Training projects on civil construction trade:

The purpose of this project is to organize training courses on civil construction trade by incorporating mashions, rod by-tires, tiles fixer, shipping, parking A-pipe fittings and welding at-fabrication to create unemployment opportunities for unemployed youth abroad.

5. Youth Development Department's Departmental Office Establishment

The objective of this project is to establish and construct divisional offices under the Youth Development Department. Divisional offices will be set up and constructed in divisional cities.

6. Establishment of Regional Youth Center

Under this project, one regional youth center will be set up in 7 divisions. As a result, the pace of implementation of youth activities in the field level will be accelerated.

7. Training projects on beautification, hair cutting and housekeeping

The purpose of this project is to create jobs and self-employment opportunities for unemployed youth and youth and to improve their socioeconomic status.

8. Tourist Guide, Tour Management and English Language Learning Training Project

9. Bloc and Batik printing pricing expansion and strengthening of clothes for the remaining 58 districts:

The objective of this project is to increase the awareness of young people and youth about gender, HIV, AIDS, reproductive health and life.

Conclusion:

The main driving force of the country's socioeconomic development is the operational manpower of the country. And the most important part of this manpower is the youth of that country. It is very important to involve the youth in overall development of the country as well as developing socio-economic development of Bangladesh. The youthful development of youth is very much dependent on the vitality, creative performance, unflattering enthusiasm, storm-like velocity, and national development on their work habits and activities. It needs to be involved in economic development. To this end, the activities of the Directorate will create opportunities for employment and self-employment opportunities in the country and abroad by spreading further towards grassroots level. In order to prevent the continuous urban tendency of the youth, the youth should be trained in different product oriented areas by making them very self-dependent by providing loans on very easy terms.
